About Bram Van den Bossche
Born and raised in Belgium, I started my Thailand adventure over a decade ago working for a Belgian tour operator. Throughout the years I gained a wealth of experience in different fields of the hospitality industry. Now I am in charge of the products of Easia Travel Thailand, and manage the company’s Chiang Mai branch office. I have always been active, I feel it is essential for my wellbeing. My main interests are outdoor sports and martial arts, but I am always open to trying new things.
With tourism decimated due to the Covid-19 pandemic and with time on my hands, I started exploring the nature trails in and around Chiang Mai. With such natural beauty all around, I developed a passion for trail running. As there was no real go-to resource to find information on the topic, I decided to launch this website in the hope to serve the trail running community and growing the sport.

About Gijs de Jong
Born in Aruba and educated around the world, I experienced firsthand the value of learning in the outdoors. I am passionate about encouraging youth to spend time outdoors and facilitating those experiences in different cultural contexts.
While my university peers were sitting in classrooms listening to lectures, I was out mountaineering in the dead of winter in Scotland to learn about avalanche hazards or on a canoeing trip with my professor to develop canoeing skills. Moving to Chiang Mai has allowed me to combine my love for educating with my love for the outdoors as there are plenty of options right at your doorstep.
