Today's group run took us up to KCK (and down agai Today's group run took us up to KCK (and down again) along a part of the UTMB course. Great workout and good company as usual! Also interesting to see the course. It will be a challenge for anyone not used to elevation, because the climb, and also the descent is pretty steep and technical at times. Good as new! After the mudfest at #MUSER100, I lef Good as new! After the mudfest at #MUSER100, I left my shoes in my dropbag at 67km, and had to wait for the organizers to send it back to me (thanks for that, great service!). However, it meant that my beloved shoes had to marinate in a musty , humid bag for 4 days 🤢. Good for about 1350m over 24km on mostly single track trails. It was off to a good start with many of our regular runners joining Mae Mon Coffee Trail 2024 . Beautiful views, great company, a fun course, and some trophies to take home! Not only for the runners, but also Chiang Mai Trail Tribe which was the group with the 2nd most runners attending.
